About Me

I spent much of my career in healthcare financial due diligence at large national accounting firm in the U.S. I managed over 100 due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements across dental services, behavioral health, senior living, med spa, home health, and medical devices — with transaction values ranging from $2M to $750M. That experience gave me a clear understanding of what healthcare buyers and PE firms look for, and why deals run into trouble when financials aren’t prepared in advance.

I founded Genki Solutions to help healthcare practice owners prepare for a sale by making their financials clean, consistent, and diligence-ready. Rather than focusing only on bookkeeping accuracy, my work centers on whether your numbers will hold up when a buyer’s QoE team opens your books.

Genki Solutions works exclusively with healthcare practice owners planning to sell within the next one to three years. We support them through financial preparation and diligence so there are fewer surprises along the way.

Outside of work, most of my time is spent with my two kids, getting them to basketball practices and games and managing the day-to-day routines.
